SBS Language Competition

We are calling for all our students to take part in this most exciting competition, the "2017 SBS Language Competition". It's easy and fun! Don't miss this opportunity to win great prizes (iPad Pro 12.9 inch 256GB) and travel to Sydney for free.

How to Enter

• Step 1: Log on to www.sbs.com.au/NLC17

• Step 2: Fill in the entry form

• Step 3: Upload a video (max 30 seconds) telling us

‘What learning Greek means to you?’

NOTE: The video should be in the GREEK language. (You provide a response to the above question - TRY to be original, it can be like a poem, you can also use a musical instrument if you wish, or add music)

• Step 4: Include a written script in English, translating the video content

• Step 5: Submit your entry

ALSO send your completed parent permission - or give it to Mrs Andrea Garivaldis to send to SBS on your behalf.

Here you can find more info in how students can create their own videos: http://www.sbs.com.au/radio/national-languages-competition-2017

We can encourage every student to participate. The entrants are categorised into four groups:

• Category A: Junior Primary (Aged 4 – 7)

• Category B: Primary (Aged 8 – 12)

• Category C: Junior High School (Aged 13 – 15)

• Category D: Senior High School (Aged 16 – 18)

There will be four grand prize winners (one from each age category) who will

receive:
