Greek classes resuming face to face
This morning we received official notification from the Department that Community Language Schools are allowed to to resume onsite operations as of this Friday 5th November and Saturday 6th. This is part of the Victorian Government's announcement about "the next steps under the Roadmap", taking effect from this week.
The Government has also announced new directions regarding vaccine requirements for workers. This means that Zenon Greek school can return to face-to-face teaching and learning and all Zenon staff returning onsite are fully vaccinated.

We would like you to know that we, at Zenon, have as our priority the safety and wellbeing of our students. We want them to feel safe, happy, enthusiastic and be able to continue their learning in a warm, caring, friendly and positive environment.
We believe that with the children in our heart, we will help them with their transition back to Greek school. We will do everything possible to enable them to reconnect with their peers and friends and enjoy learning and enjoying our Greek language, culture and rich heritage.
We will send you another email soon with suggestions about safe return for students to their Greek school.

"All eligible Victorians are encouraged to get vaccinated if they can. For further information on the latest restrictions please visit: coronavirus.vic.gov.au".
Possible online learning
Should you feel that you would like your child to continue learning online please let us know asap and we will try to work something out.
