We are inviting our students to support our school's participation in the July 21st event at Fed Square in the city.

We urge you to bring your children wearing their Zenon Greek School polo top as they will be placed together in a prominent position representing their school.
|
We have been approached by the Cyprus Community and the Justice for Cyprus Committee to take part and show solidarity at this very important cause. This is a live history lesson for our students who are building their sense of identity.
|
We call on you to support this event and come along as a family. Our students will form a chain of peace and unity on stage holding hands and chanting "We will never forget".

Please put your child's name down by Friday 5th July, or as soon as possible, to enable us to organise our group.

This year marks 50 years from the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974.

The Cyprus Community in Melbourne together with SEKA, are organising this Fed Square event for all of us to participate and voice our concerns about the continued occupation of a member state of the EU and UN.
