Important Announcement
New Location for Saturday Classes
|
We would like to inform you about an important change regarding our Saturday classes. We apologise for the short notice but we have just been able to finalise this decision.
|
Due to the increasing number of students and the limited classroom capacity at our current location, we have made the decision to move to a new facility. Despite our efforts to optimize space within the current building, we have reached a point where it can no longer accommodate our students’ needs and provide the quality of education we strive for.
|
The last three school terms we have made use of a room in the nearby Phoenix Park Library, but the room is not always available, and it is not the ideal way we would like our students to continue learning. Also, some of our classes have been sharing rooms and this has been difficult for the students and the teachers.
|
The new school is situated in a quiet and easily accessible location, with plenty of parking available in the surrounding streets. This school will offer more spacious classrooms and improved facilities, ensuring that our students have a comfortable and conducive learning environment. This move is designed with the best interests of the children in mind, and we believe this new location will greatly benefit their educational experience. Also, we believe that the new school will allow us to deliver the quality of education that we have been committed to for so many years now.

We have met with the principal of the new school who is very excited and welcoming and is allowing us to use all the rooms that we require, along with many extra learning facilities.

We understand that moving to a new location can present some challenges, particularly with transportation and adjustments to the weekly routine. We would like to assure you that we are working hard to instil a smooth transition, including addressing any concerns related to accessibility and convenience. We will keep you informed of all the details and provide support to make this process as seamless as possible.

Our priority is to provide the best possible education for your children, and we are confident that this move will allow us to do so more effectively. We look forward to sharing more information with you in the coming weeks and appreciate your cooperation as we embark on this new chapter for our school.

Tomorrow is our last day of Term 3 and I will speak to the children about our new host school.

I would like you to please stay back for about 15 minutes tomorrow morning after you drop off your children at Malvern Valley as I would like to inform you about the move, and I can answer any questions that you may have. I look forward to seeing you in the morning.

Please note that our first day of Term 4 will be Saturday 12th October, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new school.
